The crew is made by yourself as is tradition for Bomber Crew, the plane is absolutely gorgeous and a joy to maneuver around and inspect and the upgrades, while maybe a little bit too steep in their prices, are fun to fight for and break a bit of the game’s needlessly fast and illogical mission pacing. So is it just me or is the USAAF campaign excessively difficult past the first critical mission? Before you do the first critical mission, the difficulty feels about right, but once you pass that it just get ridiculous with Me-262s that come in and just shred you even with good turrets, armor, and crew gear. It also feels odd that the other enemies feel fine at that point in the campaihn, just. The US heavy bombers had 5 dedicated gunners on the B-17s and B-24s, and three other crew members whose secondary duty was to man guns also. Claimed is not the same as to what was awarded and that is not the same as actually lost by the German, Italian, Romanian, and Hungarian Air Forces in their engagements with the USAAF.
